There's a web-based printing company, many people may have heard of, called VistaPrint.com, which will print 250 business cards for you - for FREE! They charge you a total of $5.45 for shipping. But that's it! That's a cost of about 2 cents per card.

If you go to their web site, it takes you about 5 minutes to order them, and they'll come in the mail quickly -- even with the slowest shipping option. My order was placed and confirmed 5 days ago, and it shipped out to me 1 day ago. Not bad.
